How to pay

All sales on the website go through the secure shopping cart provided by stripe. You are also welcome to pay by bank transfer, please ask for details.



Delivery times

I aim to deliver all orders for items I have in stock within 15 working days. However, if it is a particularly busy time of year, delivery may take up to 21 days. Commissions usually take between 8 and 12 weeks to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. This will be discussed during your consultation. Please do check before ordering if you need an item for a certain date.



Shipping

All original artworks are packed and sent by me, Pearl Bates, from the UK. International shipping is via Parcel Flight, domestic UK shipping is via Parcel Force. Your tracking number will be sent once shipped.

Open edition prints are printed and despatched by Prodigi, who are based in the UK, but are supported by a global network of print and fulfilment partners.

Import taxes and duties

Due to Brexit regulations, your order may be subject to Customs Taxes, Duties and Clearance fees.
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or other related costs. The amounts you may be charged vary depending on the country you are based, so please familiarise yourself with the fees, rules, and Terms & Conditions for your country. Failure to pay import duties and any other related costs may result in your package being returned or destroyed, and if you do not pay the charges, unfortunately we are unable to provide any refunds.
