Can I request something specific?
Absolutely — when you place your order, you’ll receive a short form to upload a reference photo and share any preferences (e.g. mood, expression, an accessory you love). I’ll do my best to capture the essence of the person in my style.

What if I don’t like the drawing?
These portraits are created in my distinctive, stylised line art. While I don’t offer revisions, I put great care into each one. If you’re unsure, feel free to look through examples of my work before ordering. That said, if something goes truly wrong, I’ll always aim to make it right.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes! International orders are very welcome. Since postage varies by country, I’ll email you after you order to confirm shipping costs before sending your portrait.

How long will it take to receive my portrait?
I aim to complete portraits within 2 weeks of receiving your reference photo. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 days after posting. International delivery times vary.
